Aaron launched Forward Family Services in August of 2020 with the goal of making behavioral and mental health services more accessible and comprehensive for families in the Central Valley. Aaron was born and raised in Fresno, CA. After graduating from Clovis West High School, he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New Jersey-- this included volunteering with various nonprofits to provide ESL and food security services to families in Asbury Park and Camden. Aaron then attended and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership with a double minor in Business Administration and Nonprofit Administration. He then attended and graduated from Fresno State with a Master of Business Administration.  Aaron has been married to Kelsey for 16 years, and they are the proud parents of 4.  Aaron has 20+ years of management and leadership experience in the nonprofit and private sectors, including the Now I Can Foundation (Provo, UT), TCA Partners (Fresno, CA), Central California Food Bank (Fresno, CA), Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel (Pueblo, CO), and Defy Trampoline Parks (Baton Rouge, LA).  Aaron loves "hybrid" training (pairing weightlifting and endurance cardio), and he enjoys preparing for half and full marathons in particular. He also loves skiing on the snow and water as well as traveling with his family. Aaron is very passionate about the services we provide our families at Forward, and he finds great satisfaction in watching their progress and growth.
