Executive Director
Robynne Bump, MS, BCBA
Robynne has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She has experience working in clinic-based, school-based, and in-home providing ABA services. Robynne specializes in the development of functional communication skills and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2016, Robynne completed the Master in Psychology program at California State University, Stanislaus with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions and supports to children, families, and communities needing ABA services.

Martin Martin
MA, BCBA
Martin Martin has been working in the field of ABA since 2015, with experience working with children aged 2 to 17 years old. He started as a behavior technician in Fresno and worked his way up to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University Fresno and his Master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is committed to researching, understanding, and applying evidence-based practices at an individualized level for every child’s needs. Martin has experience working with severe maladaptive behavior such as self-injury and focuses on evidence-based interventions that bring joy to clients, parents, and the intervention team, creating an overall safe and happy learning environment. In his downtime, Martin enjoys taking his bicycle to scenic routes with his wife or exploring new areas for interesting foods or cultural/historical curiosities.
Adam Schellenberg
MA, BCBA
Adam has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2008, and was certified as a BCBA in 2015. He has worked in clinic, home, and school settings across the Central Valley and in 2 countries. Adam has worked with learners from 18 months to 25 years old, including some with intensive challenging behaviors. He specializes in training BCBA students and technicians, using Acceptance and Commitment Treatment (ACT), and teaching communication across various modalities. He also enjoys working with caregivers and collaborating with other professionals. Adam completed his masters in Psychology with an Option in ABA from California State University, Fresno. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, catching up on podcasts and audiobooks, in addition to mindfulness/meditation and traveling.
Senior Behavior Analysts
Bryan Bump, MA, BCBA
Bryan started his behavior analysis career in 2012 as a student working in a research lab at CSU Stanislaus studying the experimental analysis of behavior. This lead to working in applied behavior analysis with children and adults with autism. Across his ABA career, Bryan has experience providing services to children and adults ages 2-22 in homes, center, group homes, and preschool settings. Bryan specializes in reducing maladaptive behaviors such as self injury and utilizing behavior skills training to help parents better understand their child. Bryan is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a proud husband, and father who enjoys the outdoors. The best part of being at Forward is advancing the development of others by supporting the children and their families.
Missie Altamirano, MA, BCBA
Missie has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1998 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. She has experience working in clinic-based and in-home providing ABA services. She specializes in parent training, increasing functional communication by accessing motivation and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Missie completed the Master’s in Psychology program at California State University, Fresno. She is passionate about increasing independence of each child and loves working with them and their families by using evidence-based practices. Missie enjoys camping, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves Frida, Snoopy, and coffee.
Behavior Analysts
Claire Rodriguez, MS, BCBA
Claire has 8 years of experience working in the field of Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. The majority of Claire's experience is in Early Intervention Autism services, but has since branched out to older children. She recently completed her Masters of Science in Behavioral Psychology through Pepperdine University and attained her BCBA in 2023. Claire enjoys working with all her clients and helping to support the families she helps to service. Claire’s favorite part of her job is when parents express the amount of success they are seeing within the home with their child(ren).
Clinical Supervisors
Lisette Valadez Serrato, MS
After earning her degree in Human Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz, Lisette began working in the field of ABA as a RBT in 2019. Driven to make an impact in her clients lives, Lisette takes pride in providing the best behavior support possible. Lisette went on to obtain her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and continues to work with children as a Clinical Supervisor. She is passionate about working with children and their families to provide evidence-based interventions, implementing ABA principles, and other related behavior intervention procedures.
Martha Meza
Varela, BA
Martha completed her bachelor's in psychology at Fresno State and attended University of West Florida. She is currently working on becoming a board certified assistant behavior analyst. She started off as a behavior technician at Forward, helping her discover her passion in ABA. Seeing all client's progress has served as her motivation for pursuing further education in ABA.
Kayla Diaz, BA
Kayla obtained her B.A. in Psychology at National University and completed the BCaBA course sequence at University of West Florida. She's currently pursuing her BCaBA. Kayla is currently working towards earning her masters of science in child and adolescent developmental psychology. She has been working in the field of ABA for the past 3 years. Kayla started as a behavior technician and enjoyed working with the kids as well as watching them progress. She loves hearing parents express the progress of their child or children in the home. Kayla has experience working with children from 18 months to 12 years old and experience working as a registered behavior technician (RBT) in clinic based and home settings. Her goal is to do her best to support and provide great services to families.
Laura Cruz, BA
Laura Cruz obtained her Bachelors in Psychology and Chicano Studies at Fresno State in 2020. She was first introduced to the field in ABA by being a part of a graduate research study studying habituation effects on human behavior. Following being a research assistant Laura started to work towards pursuing a career in ABA. She has experience working with children from 18 months to 16 years old within clinical and school settings. Laura is currently working on obtaining her Masters of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Laura’s favorite part of her job is seeing her clients grow and develop with the progress they have made in ABA.
Crystal Loza, MA
Crystal found a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis in the fall of 2009 while assisting in research focused on Autism. She graduated from California State University in 2016 with a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently pursuing her BcABA. Crystal has over 10 years of experience working with children with Autism and other disabilities across various settings. What Crystal loves most about ABA is seeing the progress made by clients and behavior
technicians.
May Yang, MS
May Gnia Yang received her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020 and has been diligently working in the field of ABA for the past 4 years. May loves working with children and has worked with children since she was 18-years-old as a paraprofessional for the Fresno Unified School District. There, she found her love for working with children on the Autistic Spectrum. She is passionate about providing quality ABA services to families across the Central Valley and is a strong advocate for the Autistic community. She has experience as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and as a clinical supervisor in the home and clinic setting. Her experiences also include working with children with mild to severe maladaptive behaviors. She is compassionate and driven to improve the lives of each individual she comes across through ABA and is working towards becoming a BCBA in the near future.
Kana Vinuela-Wong, M.Ed.
Kana has 10 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder in the field of ABA. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Fresno State University in Child Development in 2015 and obtained her master’s degree from Arizona State University in Curriculum and Instruction with Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Always willing to help clients and their families succeed is what Kana enjoys most about working in this field.
Jennika Andrade, MSpEd
Jennika has had multiple years of experience working with children in the school setting, as a general education teacher, and in the clinical setting as a behavior therapist. Upon completing her teaching credential program she began a Masters Program in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Jennika is excited to obtain her BCBA certification with Forward Family Services and continue to nurture the passion she has for the field of ABA.
