Robynne Bump, MS, BCBA
Robynne has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She has experience working in clinic-based, school-based, and in-home providing ABA services. Robynne specializes in the development of functional communication skills and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2016, Robynne completed the Master in Psychology program at California State University, Stanislaus with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions and supports to children, families, and communities needing ABA services.
Jennifer Soto, MA, BCBA
Jennifer has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fresno State and a Master of Arts in Education from Fresno Pacific University. Jennifer has experience providing early intervention services with children beginning at age 18 months and comprehensive and focused based services for children and teens. Jennifer also has experience in teaching, school counseling, supervising in-home services, facilitating social skills groups and parent training. She enjoys teaching her staff and supporting them in their growth in the field of ABA.

Jesse Vang, MS, BCBA
Jesse has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011. He started his career in ABA as a Behavior Technician and is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Jesse holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University Fresno. He has experience working with children, teen, and adults across multiple settings. He has experience working with patients in the home, work, clinic, community, and school setting. Jesse has created and collaborated with learners to achieve independently living and transition goals for life. He has worked with patients ranging from 2 to 28 years old. Jesse has a passion for collaborating and advocating for all his patients to achieve the best they can achieve in life.
Dawn Jantzen, MA, BCBA
Dawn earned her Bachelors Degree in Behavior Science and began as a behavior technician working with children diagnosed with autism. She fell in love with the children she worked with as well as with Applied Behavior Analysis. It was then she decided to pursue a career in the field of ABA. Dawn went back to school and earned her Masters degree in Education in 2017, and went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019. She has experience working in-home as well as the clinic setting and has worked with children ages of 2 to 15. Dawn is passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum. She is dedicated to the field of ABA and creating evidence-based programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each child. Her desire is to create a positive work environment by providing staff with confident supervision, support, and motivation. She is convinced that with skillfully implemented evidence-based programs, as well as collaboration of all team members, ABA can make a difference in the lives of the children she serves.

Bryan Bump, BA, BCaBA
Bryan started his behavior analysis career in 2012 as a student working in a research lab at CSU Stanislaus studying the experimental analysis of behavior. This lead to working in applied behavior analysis with children and adults with autism. Across his ABA career, Bryan has experience providing services to children and adults ages 2-22 in homes, center, group homes, and preschool settings. Bryan specializes in reducing maladaptive behaviors such as self injury and utilizing behavior skills training to help parents better understand their child. Bryan is a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), a proud husband, and father who enjoys the outdoors. The best part of being at Forward is advancing the development of others by supporting the children and their families.
Julia Lopez, MS, BCaBA
Julia began her ABA career in 2012 when she completed her bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began working as a behavior technician with children aged 2-10 across the Central Valley, CA. She went on to attain her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2015, and was soon promoted to a Behavior Specialist there after. Julia continues to work with children and young adults as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), focusing on both comprehensive and focused based services across both in-home and clinic-based settings. She also enjoys working directly with parents and caregivers by teaching them the empirically-based behavioral intervention strategies and management skills needed to be successful. On her free time, she can be found gardening her succulents and spending time with family.
Claire Rodriguez, MS
Claire has 8 years of experience working in the field of Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. The majority of Claire's experience is in Early Intervention Autism services, but has since branched out to older children. She recently completed her Masters of Science in Behavioral Psychology through Pepperdine University. Claire is working on completing her hours and plans to sit for the BCBA exam. Claire enjoys working with all her clients and helping to support the families she helps to service. Claire’s favorite part of her job is when parents express the amount of success they are seeing within the home with their child(ren).
Lisette Valadez Serrato, BS
After earning her degree in Human Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz, Lisette began working in the field of ABA as a RBT in 2019. Driven to make an impact in her clients lives, Lisette takes pride in providing the best behavior support possible. Lisette currently is working on obtaining her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and continues to work with children as a Clinical Supervisor. She is passionate about working with children and their families to provide evidence-based interventions, implementing ABA principles, and other related behavior intervention procedures.
Valerie Moore, BA
Valerie obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno State University in 2018 and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 2 1/2 years. Valerie is now pursuing her masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, planning on becoming a BCBA. She enjoys serving our families here at Forward and seeing all the progress our kids make.
Kristen Sims, BA
Kristen obtained her bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Fresno. Kristen has years of experience working with children ages two to 16 in both school and clinic settings. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in School Psychology and her Applied Behavior Analysis certification. She is passionate about providing support to the clients, families, and staff at Forward!
Eirena Ewert, BA
Eirena has 12+ years of experience of working with children in various settings and found a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis in the fall of 2019. She graduated from Simpson university in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Cross-Cultural Studies and is pursuing a master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with Capella University. What Eirena loves most about ABA is seeing parents and clients meet goals through the hard work and dedication of Forward staff.
Madison Barnes, MA
Madison joined the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Sonoma State University in 2018 and her Master of Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2022. Madison began as a behavior technician and fell in love with the field. She was inspired by her clinical team and hopes to do the same in her future with Forward.
Adrian Gonzalez, MA
Adrian received his bachelor's of social work in 2012 from Fresno Pacific University. In school, he worked part time as a behavior technician and fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis leading him to stay in the field rather than pursue social work. Promoted to supervisor, he began working with parents, running social skills groups, working in schools, training staff in group homes and running group parent trainings. He is passionate about working with both children and adults and helping parents with their children using ABA. Adrian received his masters in teaching with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis in 2016 from National University, and plans to sit for the BCBA exam this year.
Diana Gonzaga, BA
Phyldres Diana Gonzaga has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2012. She has experience providing early intervention services with children 18 months to 10 years of age. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Philippines. She is currently working on obtaining her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She plans to continue to grow in the field providing ABA services to clients and their families.
