Robynne Bump, MS, BCBA
Executive Director of Applied Behavior Analysis
Robynne has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2016. She has experience working in clinic-based, school-based, and in-home providing ABA services. Robynne specializes in the development of functional communication skills and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In 2016, Robynne completed the Master in Psychology program at California State University, Stanislaus with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions and supports to children, families, and communities needing ABA services.

Martin Martin, MS, BCBA
Clinical Director - Fresno
Martin Martin has been working in the field of ABA since 2015, with experience working with children aged 2 to 17 years old. He started as a behavior technician in Fresno and worked his way up to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University Fresno and his Master’s degree from The Chicago School Of Professional Psychology. He is committed to researching, understanding, and applying evidence-based practices at an individualized level for every child’s needs. Martin has experience working with severe maladaptive behavior such as self-injury and focuses on evidence-based interventions that bring joy to clients, parents, and the intervention team, creating an overall safe and happy learning environment. In his downtime, Martin enjoys taking his bicycle to scenic routes with his wife or exploring new areas for interesting foods or cultural/historical curiosities.
Missie Altamirano, MA, BCBA
Clinical Director - Clovis
Missie has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1998 and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. She has experience working in clinic-based and in-home providing ABA services. She specializes in parent training, increasing functional communication by accessing motivation and reduction of maladaptive behavior for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Missie completed the Master’s in Psychology program at California State University, Fresno. She is passionate about increasing independence of each child and loves working with them and their families by using evidence-based practices. Missie enjoys camping, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves Frida, Snoopy, and coffee.

Adam Schellenberg MA, BCBA
Quality Assurance Manager
Adam has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2008, and was certified as a BCBA in 2015. He has worked in clinic, home, and school settings across the Central Valley and in 2 countries. Adam has worked with learners from 18 months to 25 years old, including some with intensive challenging behaviors. He specializes in training BCBA students and technicians, using Acceptance and Commitment Treatment (ACT), and teaching communication across various modalities. He also enjoys working with caregivers and collaborating with other professionals. Adam completed his masters in Psychology with an Option in ABA from California State University, Fresno. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, catching up on podcasts and audiobooks, in addition to mindfulness/meditation and traveling.
Behavior Analysts
Diana Osegueda, MA, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
After completing her undergraduate studies in 2019, Diana began working as a behavior technician. While working with her 1:1 patients Diana began to fall in love with the field and decided to pursue a career in ABA and obtain her BCBA. In May of 2022 Diana received her Master's degree in ABA and obtained her BCBA shortly after in July 2022. Diana is passionate about making a positive social impact in the lives of the children she gets to work with. Diana has experience working in the home and clinic settings with children of ages 24 months to 16 years. Diana's goal is to implement individualized programs using evidence based practices in order to make meaningful change that will enrich her client's life!

Sean McElhaney, MS, BCBA
Senior Behavior Analyst
Sean has worked in the field of ABA since 2010 and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. He began his journey as a volunteer behavior technician and has worked in various capacities with other organizations including advanced behavior technician, program supervisor, and clinical trainer. He attained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno (CSUF) and spent 2 years as a School Psychology (Ed.S.) student at CSUF before attaining a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Sean has experience providing clinic-based and in-home ABA services and specializes in working with high-intensity behavior reduction, IEP law/policies, and parent/clinician training. In his free time, Sean enjoys watching documentaries and playing video games, and is an avid Bay-Area sports fan (Giants, 49ers, Warriors/Kings).
Alex Herrin, MA, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
After first earning a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University, Alex went on to earn an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Fresno. Alex became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Jan of 2024. She has been in the field of ABA since 2016 where she has worked with children and adults of varying ages and needs. Alex is passionate about the use of evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals in ways that are also fun and engaging.

Lisette Lopez, MS, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
After earning her degree in Human Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz, Lisette began working in the field of ABA as a RBT in 2019. Driven to make an impact in her clients lives, Lisette takes pride in providing the best behavior support possible. Lisette went on to obtain her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a BCBA in 2024. She is passionate about working with children and their families to provide evidence-based interventions, implementing ABA principles, and other related behavior intervention procedures.

Martha Meza Varela, BA, BCaBA
Senior Behavior Supervisor
Martha completed her bachelor's in psychology at Fresno State and attended University of West Florida. She became a board certified assistant behavior analyst in 2024. Martha started off as a behavior technician at Forward, helping her discover her passion in ABA. Seeing all client's progress has served as her motivation for pursuing further education in ABA.
Shaylee Ede, BA, BCaBA
Senior Behavior Supervisor
Shaylee Ede is originally from a small town called Weed, CA, where she first developed a love for spending time with those with special needs. Later she moved to Fresno, CA where she has spent the last 8 years working as a Behavior Interventionist and Clinical Supervisor within the Central Valley specializing in early intervention, school and group home consultation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, Shaylee is finishing her Masters program at Fresno State where she is focusing on finishing her thesis where she is studying Verbal Behavior within humor research. In her free time, Shaylee currently serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for California’s Association for Behavior Analysis, spending time with her friends, family, and animals, in addition to spending too much money on the Sims 4.
Lennon Coffman, BA, BCaBA
Senior Behavior Supervisor
Lennon Coffman began his ABA career in 2019 as an RBT in Eugene, Oregon. After six months, inspired by the progress he witnessed in his clients, gaining communication and independent living skills, he returned to school to study psychology and ABA. While earning his degree, Lennon accumulated fieldwork hours across clinic, home, and school settings, gaining broad experience with diverse clients and behavioral interventions. He graduated from California State University, Fresno in December 2024 and earned his BCaBA in March 2025. Currently, he works on the clinical team at Forward Family Services in Fresno and is pursuing a Master's in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, with plans to graduate in 2026 and sit for the BCBA exam in early 2027.

Hernandez Ibarra, BA
Marlene completed her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at California State University, Stanislaus. When working on her bachelor's degree, she began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in the field of ABA for 4 years. Marlene has experience providing ABA services in-home and in clinic-based. She is passionate about seeing her client's make progress. What Marlene loves more about ABA is working with the children and with their families.
Markeese Jones, BA
Markeese obtained his Bachelors degree in Physical Performance and Sports Studies from Southwestern College in the 2022. He started his carrer in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in December 2022. Markeese is passionate about the field of ABA and strives to help families and clients succeed. He also has experience in school settings. Markeese wants to continue to grow in the field of ABA and educated families on ABA and ASD.

Brandon Patino, BS
Brandon obtained his B.S. in Forensic Behavioral Science from California State University, Fresno. He has been in the field of ABA for 5 years working across various settings such as In-Home and at Schools. Brandon is currently enrolled at the University of West Florida to obtain his Master's degree and work towards becoming a BCBA. He has a passion for ABA and enjoys seeing gradual progress a client makes.
Jennifer
Garcia Lopez, BA
Jennifer obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Chicana/o and Central American Studies from University of California, Los Angeles. She has been in the ABA field for three years working alongside clients and their families. She has ABA experience providing in-home and clinic based services. Jennifer is passionate about the success of the client and their family. Thus, she is excited to continue to grow in the field of ABA and further educate the community on ASD.
Diana Martinez, BA
Diana completed an Associates degree in Psychology and then got her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Diana has been in the field of ABA for about 5 years now. Diana is passionate about the work she does and is currently working to get her Masters Degree in the field of ABA. Diana wants to continue to change families and further educate the community when it comes to ASD.

Alejandra Covarrubias Valdes, BA
Alejandra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Fresno. She is currently enrolled in the Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in pursuit of obtained her BCBA certification. Alejandra started her career in ABA in August 2022 and has experience in the home and clinic setting. Her passion stems from the potential to empower individuals while creating positive behavior change.
Josh Henry, MS
Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Media and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Special Education. He has over 10 years of experience working with students in special education settings, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social growth. Josh recently began his career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is passionate about helping clients and families achieve their goals. He is CPR certified and NCI trained, and is eager to continue growing in the field of ABA while educating families about ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Kana Vinuela-Wong, M.Ed.
Kana has 10 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder in the field of ABA. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Fresno State University in Child Development in 2015 and obtained her master’s degree from Arizona State University in Curriculum and Instruction with Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Always willing to help clients and their families succeed is what Kana enjoys most about working in this field.
Jada Oatman, BA
Jada obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University in 2024 and is currently enrolled at Fresno Pacific University to obtain her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to work towards becoming a BCBA. Jada has 4 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder in the field of ABA. She has a passion for ABA and wants to continue to work with clients and their families.
Savannah Aceves, BA
Savannah obtained her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. She started in the field of ABA in February 2023. Savannah has recently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her Master's degree and work towards becoming a BCBA. Passionate about making a difference, Savannah is committed to working closely with families to empower them and create a lasting, positive impact in their child's life.
