Behavior Technician/Therapist (BT,RBT,ABT)
DESCRIPTION: The Behavior Technician plays a pivotal role within our organization by providing 1:1 intervention to an assigned client. Operating under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Technicians utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors. This role necessitates meticulous data collection and session notes to monitor and assess client progress.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-
Successful completion of a TB Test and Live Scan DOJ Background check.
-
Availability for at least 15 hours per week.

Completion of Registered Behavior Therapist(RBT) Certification (Must enroll in a course and complete it within the first 90 days; we cover the cost of enrolling in the 40-hour online course and reimburse for the exam).

Trained in crisis management procedures (Safety Care Certification; including de-escalation techniques and safety protocols when handling challenging behaviors. We cover the cost of the course and provide all training in clinic)

Trained in First Aid/Basic Life Support and CPR with active Certification (Must enroll in course once RBT Certification is attained; we cover the cost of the course and exam)

Conduct direct 1:1 service with client in center, home, school, or community setting.

Collect programming and behavior data, graph data, and follow client protocol and intervention procedures.

Collaborate with Clinical Team including clinical supervisors and BCBA.
-
Attend staff meetings, team meetings, and trainings.
-
Communicate with parents during drop-off or pick-up.
-
Help organize and maintain the cleanliness of the center.

Preferred: Enrollment in a two or four-year college program.
Clinical Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: AS A CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, you will conduct behavioral evaluations of clients and assists and works collaboratively with a BCBA in designing behavior and individual support plans for clients. Assists with evaluating Behavioral Therapists semi-annually.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

2+ years experience as with a Bachelors Degree in a related field.

Masters Degree or currently enrolled in a grad program for ABA/Education or related field Preferred.

Applies behavioral principles consistently in all client interactions.
-
Supports all members of the staff and assists with ideas, suggestions and work duties.

Conducts in home supervision b-weekly or monthly.
-
Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills.

Develops program plans and other instructional activities as well as running programs weekly to ensure mastery
-
and gather inter-rater reliability data.

Writes progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients progress.
-
Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavior analyst/consultants, therapists,clients and families.

Assists in creating instructional materials, running programs, taking data and assessing clients in the development of new programs relating to the clients functional and education needs.

Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients, including maintaining daily records.

Effectively responds to and manages crisis situations which may include client physical aggression.

Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner.

Follows all TA policies and procedures, works well with others and ability to take direction.
-
Trains parents and other caregivers in implementing ABA principles and other related behavior intervention procedures.

Collaborate with adjunctive service providers and all other members of the student's educational environment.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Preferred.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
DESCRIPTION: A BCBA Supervisor consults, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. The BCBA Supervisor is required to adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must possess a BCBA/BCaBA/LBA or obtain BCBA/LBA within specified time of hire date.

Applies behavioral principles consistently in all client interactions.

Supports all members of the staff and assists with ideas, suggestions and work duties.

Conducts in-home supervision bi-weekly or monthly.
-
Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills.

Develops program plans and other instructional activities as well as running programs weekly to insure mastery and gather inter-rater reliability data.

Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavior analyst/consultants, therapists, clients and families.

Fluent in the understanding of the Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP).

Assists in creating instructional materials, running programs, taking data and assessing clients in the development of new programs relating to the clients functional and education needs.

Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients, including maintaining daily records.

Functions as an active member of the treatment team meetings and supervision.

Works with clients, consultants, staff, families, and community to implement client's treatment plans.

Consistently implements behavior plans to reduce client's socially inappropriate behavior and promoteappropriate social behaviors.

Effectively responds to and manages crisis situations which may include client physical aggression.

Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner.

Follows all TA policies and procedures, works well with others and ability to take direction.

M.A or M.S in ABA or Education
-
Posession of BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
