Clinical Supervisor
Kathleen Romeiro, M.S.W., LCSW
Kathleen LCSW has been a psychotherapist for over 25 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine and her Masters in Social Work from USC. She is endorsed as an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. Kathleen has experience in Reflective Practice and has mentored several other clinicians to become Reflective Practice Facilitators. She has a passion for supervising new therapists and helping them develop their skills to create excellent therapeutic relationships with their clients.
Associate Therapist
Chad Brandon, M.S., AMFT
Chad was born in Madera California. He received a BA in psychology and a MS in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from California State University, Fresno. Chad is passionate using his skills to help families touched by Autism and other developmental disabilities. In his free time Chad is a member of the Fresno Golden Dogs Rugby Team and enjoys outdoor activities with his family.
IOP Counselors
Peter Riojas, RADT
Peter grew up in Selma, California and has been serving the Central Valley community the past few years. Most of his work involved Substance Abuse Counseling services and is still something he continues to donate his personal time to outside of his Mental Health Counseling services with Forward. He has a RADT and is currently finishing his certifications for CADC 1 and BA in Theology. Peter is passionate about helping others in their time of need and working in his community to make Fresno better. When he is not serving others, you can find him playing guitar on the Worship Team at his Church Sunday mornings or gone on outdoor adventures with his wife and children in Sequoia National Park.
Valerie Moore, BA, RADT
Valerie obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno State University in 2018 and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 2 1/2 years. Valerie is now pursuing her masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, planning on becoming a BCBA. She enjoys serving our families here at Forward and seeing all the progress our kids make.
